Who processes your data

What data this website collects

You don’t need to give us any personal data to read this website, and there is no newsletter sign-up.

While you browse we only collect the technical data any web server records in order to work and stay protected: IP address, browser and device type, page requested, date and time. Our hosting provider handles this in aggregate form and we do not use it to identify you.

If you fill in the “Request your quote” form

In that case you choose to give us: first and last name, phone number, email if you wish, destination, dates and number of travellers, plus any notes you add.

We use them only to prepare your quote and get back to you. We don’t use them for advertising, we don’t sell them and we don’t combine them with other sources. The legal basis is your own request (pre-contractual measures, Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

They are stored in a protected space at our hosting provider (Cloudflare, servers in the European Union), readable only by the agency with a password. Requests are deleted after 12 months, or sooner if you ask. We store the date and time alongside each request, to reply in order and to block automated submissions.

Filling in the form is never required: you can always message us on WhatsApp, call, or drop by the office.

When you tap a WhatsApp button you leave this website and open WhatsApp, a service operated by WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. From that point their own privacy notice applies.

The information you send us (name, number, trip details) is used only to reply, prepare a quote and — if you decide to travel with us — manage the booking.

Who we share data with

Only with those needed to make your trip happen: tour operators, cruise and airline companies, accommodation providers, insurers and our accountants. We never sell data for marketing purposes.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to manage your trip and for the periods required by tax and civil law (normally 10 years for accounting records).

Your rights

You can ask us at any time for access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, and object to processing: drop by the office or write to the certified address above. If you believe the processing is unlawful you may contact the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
